I am going to cry... literally

I am just about literally at my wits end. My website www.justdj.com has been a work in progress for the past 5 years. I have paid several people for work they never completed, or worse completed poorly. I even tried to learn flash and html in an effort at finally creating something worthwhile yet I can't quite get past the first couple tutorials. I have been given prices ranging from $4000 to $100 and I am literally about to cry. As a mobile DJ service I guess I foolishly believed that someone out there might have the vision to pull this project off.

Do you exist? Someone who meets deadlines and produces quality work?

I believe fully in "You get what you pay for" When someone posts a complete website for $100, you can expect a very low level of quality.

My site features approximately 20-30 pages, dynamic Javascript, ASP/VBScript, a MS SQL Backend for Database Integration and quite a bit of image work. It will also be XHTML and CSS compliant.

I'd estimate that site to be about $5000 or so. I think it really depends on what you want, such as image work, databases, flash work, how many pages, etc. Then of course, finding out a worker's reputation.
