I'm looking for someone who can make me a flash layout

Hi there,

I have started a personal site but I want it to be flash like the personal sites on URL

Now I don't have a clue on how flash works and the problem is that I can't pay you but I will link back to you.

I not sure if you are aware that a link back doesn't mean that much unless it's attached with your pages current PR (page rank).

It takes like a 100 pages of PR 1 to be move you PR to 2.
