Post I need help

I've come to the conclusion that I need help with my latest project. I've designed and implemented quite a few php programs on my site to this date, but this one has me stumped, I need to build a vin tag decoder for dodge and gm early 60's muscle cars for my site, what it woud do is take the number that was typed into a form on my site and decode it so people would know the specifics about where their car was built, what engine it had and paint color and any options that it came with. It would have to break the vin down number by number and letter by letter and weigh it all against the factory codes for those years of cars. http://hp-car.com

Send me a PM or an email with the logic (e.g. http://hp-car.com/charger-vin.html) for the codes you want to decode. Plus what you have built so far for doing this and I'll help you out. I don't know how you're hosted so you'll have to tell me if you're storing this data in files or a database.

I'm hosted on phpwebhostin.com, I have access to as meny databases as I need for my site, allow me to direct you to some of the other php pages I've built on my site, although I'm still a beginner I think I've taken to it quite well. This is one of the things that I built for the site although the image upload doesn't work yet http://hp-car.com/parts/index.php . This is basically the same thing reworked to perform a different task http://hp-car.com/cars/index.php . I put the database together for it and built the scripts, all except the search alogarythms, I reworked the ones for php dig to work for my search tool.
