Innovative web site idea - designer-come-programmer needed.
Hi,
I have a very innovative website idea, and am looking for a designer come programmer partner who is interested in working with me. The concept of my website is completely new and there is no other website working on that concept at the moment. I need someone who is good with php and mysql, and preferably resides in UK, USA is my second preference but I am not ruling out anyone from other countries. We can discuss the web site plans and more details on the partnership over messenger.
