Invitation to form a new Business Venture

Hi all,

I am in the process of setting up a group of say 15-20 people who together would act as a think tank to come up with a new business idea, taking advantage of current technology and then combining their skillset to bring it all together. I would see team members running ideas by each other initially until everyone agrees on the one to pursue. At that point, the team can then decide how best to manage the process thereafter in terms of time, resources, etc. This can all be done on a part time basis and having a team size of 15-20 should allow the burden of work to be well shared out.
