League coding/script

I currently own an online ladder gaming site for Xbox Live. Looking to remove or use part of current ladders and move in a league direction for games much like teams/divisions of the NFL. Current ladders for most Live Enabled games and almost too many teams to deal with. Need leagues instead of ladders and have 5-12 teams per division with multiple divisions, then it would be easier to keep individuals/teams involved by playing on "X" amount of games per season and if individuals/teams do not wish to participate in the following season, they need not to. My current situation places teams on a ladder and each if not all recieve multiple challenges for games/matches and half go unanswered due to not wanting to participate on a given day. League would allow a schedule placement for each team per week on a set time frame. Need ability to keep and log stats by admins of teams as well as myself just in case someone was to "not play fair" CHEAT!
