logo help

hi, i have a new design for my site which can be found here
i was wondering if anyone would be willing to help me with a logo for it?

i cant afford to pay, but i could put a link to your site from my site (which in the next update is expected to be a PR 4 or 5) and 1 (or maybe more) gmail accounts

i could also add an ad if you need for a certain amount of time which we can arrange (which will be placed on the left side under the "ads" section) on all of my pages
