Looking for good designers for *paying* work

I'm looking for a few designers interested in doing some quick projects designing website templates for my consulting biz. You do the pretty stuff, I put it into a content management system and do the custom scripting/database glue (if any).

I don't have a lot of work now, but it will come ocassionally (and probably more and more frequently) and I want to have a few folks I can call on when the need arises.

You will be compensated fairly.

What I want are designers that are good with:

1. Logos,
2. Color schemes,
3. Hand-tweaking HTML,
4. CSS (very important!),
5. and Javascript (at least a little).

Familiarity with large-scale sites and non-profit organizations is helpful.

If you can't hand-code and still use font tags, don't bother contacting me.
