Looking for NETPBM Binaries (for Linux)

Hello.

I do not have root access but can still install binaries. I am using the OLD pre-compiled NETPBM binaries used for the gallery project but becuase it is so old it doesn't have the two files I need-- namely anytopnm and pamscale. RPM's won't do me any good-- I need the pre-compiled binaries

Does anyone know where I can get a recent version of pre-compiled NETPBM binaries that include anytopnm and pamscale?

Or could anyone compile them for me and send me the binaries?
