Looking for people good with forums.

Hello,

Im looking for people who have a good knowledge with php and forums. Also looking for people who can do pretty much alot of coding and things like that. By this I mean I am looking for people who can do modification installs, skin installs, and graphics installs.

As of right now, I am looking for people who are willing to provide forum services through my site for free. We are looking into havign paid services, as a matter of fact, Our plans for paid services are already planned out. We would like to start out as free based first as a trial run of the site just to see how many people would be interested in comming to us for services.
