Looking for PHP/MySQL help
Hi:

I have a a MySQL table ready + an html form.

What needs to be done is the scripting part where first timers give their contact info and choose a log in and password, then, they come to a second page where they can order services or where they can ask for more information

Returning visitors should be able to get to that second page by just logging in with username and password.

The data has to go into the database + has to be sent to a cell phone.

If you can help me with this, pls. send me a quote.
