Looking for programmer for project on pocket pc

we are looking for an individual who can develop an application that will run on a pocket pc.

application description: Real Estate Inspection

overview:
step 1 - take 6 to 8 pictures with the pocket pc camera, add a caption to each picture

step 2- complete an inspection form by checking off applicable items on form and adding comments

step 3- imbed the pictures into a finshed form and email the report to receipient.
