Seeking Partners - Looking for serious partnership within the U.S - Online Startup

I am looking for someone who has web development skills, someone trustworthy, and someone who I can work with to finish this project, which I have already invested $1,000 of my own money on.

I am not looking for an initial investment on your side, and this is NOT a position for which I am hiring for; however I am completely willing to negotiate how the earnings should be distributed among us when we come to that point.

I currently have a website and most of the features coded in, even though they are basic at this point, which is why I am looking for someone with web development skills...HTML, PHP, MySQL, CSS.
