Looking for someone up to a challenge

I have a website I've been working on for 9 months now and I really need someone who knows how to do programming, script tweaking and other assorted things that make up a site heavy in mysql and php. The initial primary focus will be the existing search engine/directory program and then building on from there, including development of a niche-specific spider. Other programs involved with this website are travel databases, real estate, forums-gallery-games-chat section, newsroom/blog and more. The rewards could be substantial, at the very least this would make a great resume builder. The page will describe the compensation, but for those looking for a wage, please be advised that I'm not able to offer that at this time.

Most of the programs are already in. I've been learning as I go along and I've finally realized that I've bitten off more than I can chew here - but the site is too valuable to just let go. Serious replies only please, and I prefer a US resident.
