Looking for up & coming artists/programmers

I have recently formed a group of individuals that are interested in game development. We are in the first stages of designing a very simple 2d space shooter, which will be a testbed for future projects.

Currently, there are 3 C++ programmers, and 1 Python programmer.

We are in need of 2d/3d artists, concept artists, and the like. Also, since I am the only python programmer, I am hoping to get another one on board to join the team and work with me.

All our projects will be unpaid. Currently there are no plans for payment. The kind of people that I would think would be interested are those that are just learning their trade, as a hobby, or someone who wants to work on their skills.

Only requirement is that you have a sense of humor, are mature, and are motivated.

We could most likely use your photoshop experience for textures and the like, if you're interested in that kind of work. As for the rest, not sure if we'd need those for games, but eventually the website needs to be updated

I am a freelance web developer so i have experience in developing large applications sucha s forum systems and CMS.

I have skills with PHP, MySQL, CSS, HTML, XHTML, JavaScript, and I began learning C++ a little while ago.

I also have graphic design skills in photoshop and illustrator.

I did some hobbyist game programming in my free time but no commercial experience. Most of my expertise is in embedded programming. I am proficient with C, C++, C#... you get the picture. Mostly Microsoft stuff MFC and Win32 but am looking into Java.
