Looking For Volunteer PHP/MySQL Programmer

I'm a web designer looking for a PHP/MySQL developer to build the backend for a new user-review site. The site will require a custom user registration/review system and a mechanism to allow administrators to manage the database and site content.

This is a non-commercial pet project of mine, so I can't offer any monetary compensation. I would be happy to include a credit line somewhere on the site, however.
