Machine Vision Project

hello,

I am looking for some assistance on a Machine Vision and Artificial Intelligence simulation.
It is really divided into two steps,

1. Creating a highly realistic simulation to train the visual sensory.
2. Use the information gathered in the simulation and convert it so that it can be used for robotic bodies.

It will be developed in C# and it will use the DirectX 9 SDK.
