Marketing help and/or affiliates requested

I produce a program called Drawganizer, which is a way of automating the kind of things you'd do from Windows Explorer, such as finding files, zipping them, printing, opening etc.

Although the program has had good reviews, the website's not getting enough hits or downloads because I don't have enough experience at marketing.

I'm looking for:

1. A company that will handle marketing, and possibly distribution, support etc of the program, for a negotiable percentage of the sales.

2. Affiliates - people willing to advertise the program from their websites. Affiliates would get a custom build of the program for download and, if the program is bought from that copy, they would get, say, 25% of the purchase price. The price for a single license is $29.95 - and there's the possibility of multi-user license sales.

3. Any feedback on the program or ideas how to market it better. It's really hard to get feedback, so any would be appreciated.
