MMORPG- Programmers Wanted (Project is planned out)

I am part of a company that is based on creating MMORPGs. We are in need of more EXPERIENCED programmers. Currently, we have programmers that are on their first MMORPG creation team. We need some experienced/moderately experienced programmers or simply knowledgeable programmers. The nature of the project will be released upon request. For now, it is an extension of a WoW. We are not creating a game from scratch. On the contrary, we are resurrecting a MMORPG that has been shut down.

The company is well funded as we have partnered with other similar companies. However, there is no pay involved here. All our financial resources are used for purchasing programs, server maintenance, and other similar fees. We have a set financial goal to reach to ensure success of the company and the game. Once that is reached, we will begin to pay all our employees. With our current progress, we can start providing salaries in the next 5-6 months. This isn't our only payment option. We have many other avenues you can take. I will provide more details upon application request.

We have an office in Philadelphia, PA. If you are near this location you are welcome to work at our office. However, this is not required. You may work from a location of your preference and, therefore, all communications will be done through the internet. If you need any accommodations, we will try to work something out.


Requirements:

1. Sufficient Knowledge of ASM
-8086/88 ASM
2. Sufficient Knowledge C++
-C# (not required)
-Winsock2
3. Socket Knowledge
-how to use proper Sockets with select() or how to use pthreads
4. Server Knowledge
-packet encryptions/sniffing
-emulator knowledge
-server communications

NIST Rijndael AES format knowledge would greatly help.
