Help Wanted - Mobile Video Steaming Index

The current site mflix.co.cc is made with jquery mobile and all the links are currently edited one by one in HTML. I'm looking for someone to help create a php/mysql back end for the site so users can add their own links. I have lots of great ideas for this site but don't really have the coding skills to make it work. If none of you are interested in helping with this can you give an example of what the mysql tables should look like and how many I should use.
