need a program developed

I'm looking for program to be developed.

What I need developed is to be entered into a works spreadsheet database.

There will be numbers that are added and subtracted to that are constant numbered 1 thru 13. Also, numbers that I will enter that will correspond to the specific constant number

Constant numbers

1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-11-12-13

I then will add numbers that correspond to the above numbers

(example to the 1 I enter 7, to the 3 I enter 10 etc etc)

Once I enter numbers the program will add and subtract to each set of numbers, the constant, and the ones I add within a range of 5 numbers (plus and minus, both with the constant and added numbers)

An example, if I entered the number 7 to the constant number 8, I need to in a works format to add and subtract

7-8/2
7-7/4
7-6/1
7-5/3
7-4/2
7-3/9
7-9/8
7-10/4
7-11/1
7-12/5
7-13/10

Final thing I need done is to add/subtract the 2 added numbers immediatly before and after

In the example above, 4 +-1, 8 + - 4
