Need experienced PHP programmers to help build online community

I am in search of people who are experienced with working with PHP and MySQL, and maybe good in making graphics. Who are willing to work for little to nothing for awhile (but I guarantee that you will be rewarded in the future). I would LIKE to have people who love and play the sport of paintball.

My Plans:
To create a massive online paintball community.

What will it offer?:
Forums, chat, News, product reviews, articles, interviews, auctions, Field and store directories, polls, downloads, image gallery w/ rating system, contests (with prize giveaways!) and much more.

This won't be an easy project but with some help it will get done a lot faster.
