Need Help On mapping a disk to a rectangle in "IRIS RECOGNITION"

Hi members,
I need some helps about mapping in my project.I'm working on "IRIS RECOGNITON" and I need to map iris which I extracted by it;s border to a ractangle for processing.
I obtained pupil and iris(inner&outer) borders with thier radiuses and center-coordinates.
Is anybody here to help me pleaseeeeeee.It is urgent.
