Need help with web project

Hi,

I'm thinking of making a website. The idea is nothing new but I still think there is some money to be made. This project is a perfect starting point for web developers. I cannot pay you but if the project is completed there should be some $$$ from ads equally split.

Need some people with the knowledge of any of the following:
php
mysql
phpBB
xml and web feeds
