Need Linux Programer To Build Widget for Nokia Tablets Maemo

We are looking to have a widget built that will run on the Nokia tablet products (N810). The widget will read an xml feed with meta data like title a small thumb nail, plus a small logo and also a spot for a banner ad to be displayed. The feed will slowly scroll by and a user can click on one of the items and it will launch the media player and play the video stream which we will can provide.

Overall it should be pretty simple to design. The banner ad and the logo (from our company) should be pulled via a http or via php code. The user should be able to resize the widget if they desire.

We would require sample examples of code written for the Nokia tablets or Linux desktop widgets to make sure you are up to the task. In the past we have not had very good luck off shoring projects so we would require daily updates on the project progress. For the selected developer this could be a long running relationship as we are also looking to have other apps written and updates to this version.
