Need programmer for long-term PHP, Delphi project

I am a busy professional who is in the process of launching a new website. Once the site launches, I will be tied up with various projects and will need someone to help make sure my site continues to run efficiently.

Besides making my life easier, your job will be to make the necessary adjustments to the code of this site. As the lead programmer, I will give you tasks that need to be completed and then you will need to send them back to me in a timely manner.

I am looking for someone who has at least 10+ years experience programming and who understands the following concepts:

1. Delphi 6 running on Windows operating system

2. PHP running on Linux operating system

3. Multi-threading in the Windows operating system

4. The Internet Explorer SDK

5. Network/TCP/IP Programming
