Need some idea people/php programmers

I am running a browser based rpg "Lithoria Online" located at http://crossgaming.net. I nearing the end of the development (a month or two) and am actually looking for some php/mysql coders interested in helping out. I ask that you be online on a good basis... I've had several people help me out for about an hour a week
