Need someone to touch up my website

I’m looking for someone who would be willing to tweak and tune my online store it is not very customer friendly at this point I have 6 ideals that I would like to add but I just don’t understand anything about coding well here are my ideals (1) I would like make it as easy as possible for customers to register and save their information so that it will automatically pre-fill the fields like their name city state email address and give them a option to correct any these fields upon checkout ( right now they have to 1st create a account then upon checkout they have to fill all this information out again. (2) I would like to have the default country set to USA listed first then Canada then the rest of the countries( right now a customer has to scroll down along way to find USA (3) I need A place on all my pages showing that I accept PayPal and credit cards ( right now no-one knows this until they check-out ) (4) I would like have my websites protected from websites thief’s to come along and be able to right click and copy my source codes I would also password protect it as well as disable right click function (5) I would like to have added the code to stop spam robots from being able to get emails from my tell a friend and contact us (6) ) I would like for the first letter in peoples names be in uppercased also this for last name and city but only the first letter nothing else. I don't have a lot of money to spend to have this done so what I would like to do is offer the person who can do this for me I would be willing to let them place a small link button on a page of their choice to promote either their own website or a product they are selling as long as it not offensive or age restricted anyone interested or can supply me any help can email me at and then I can give you any info you might need to do this thank-you Gary

Why not try something like OScommerce?

osCommerce is a good idea if you don't want to spent out the butt for this.
