Need XML help with custom toolbar

Hello,
I'm working with "toolbar studio" from besttoolbars.net and need a bit of freelance work to be done with some XML in order to add css control (via javascript) to "dynamically" change a "style" on the web page a viewer is visiting.
According to the program FAQ it is possible, but I have NO XML skill, etc.

I am also looking for some freelance work to set up the PHP pages on my site that will let me track the number of toolbar downloads.

I don't know if this is the right place to post, but I am interested in someone who is willing to work this over the phone, as I hate trying to complete projects by email.
