Lightbulb [New Design Firm]
Hello,

I run Malice Studios, which was my personal freelance portal for my web design projects. Im now looking to expand my horizions and start a web design company complete with a team and all. Im looking to put together a team of designers/programmers to create this new firm.

Anyone interested, please leave your full name,location,email/aim/msn/etc.., portfolio.

Please, only post if you are dedicated and want to be part of a hopefully up and coming web design company, not just if you want to make templates for a quick buck.

I need:

-Web/Graphic Designer(1)
-Programmers (1)
-Flash Animators (1)

It will be a 4 man team for the time being including myself ( as a web designer). Of course it will be paying job, every person will get a % , depending on the work they did on the project in question.

PHP,MySQL,etc..Mainly stuff for backend development/databases etc..

I do design , i have done a few sites recently. All gaming...so far!
