News Management Script
For all of you coders out there.

I need a news management script that can have the main page with all of the news, and then a page with the categories once clicked on the category name it will show a page with the category's news articles, with the title of the category at the top.

Also a page which allows members to post their own news.

Also the ability to post comments, and edit them in an easy admin panel. and also the ability to have categories.

Also an archive, and perhaps abilitys to upload images. It is hard to explain but I want it sort of like http://www.planetboredom.net

I can offer many things such as banner advertising on my four domain names, only problem with me though is money. I am sure we can work something out.

I have money, and a paypal account, but just not that much money, so perhaps a cheap scripter is what I am looking for.
