Online Travel Log Site Development Help Wanted

Hello All-

I am looking for anyone interested in helping to develop a free online travel log for budget travellers. Currently the site is being programmed in PHP and mySQL and will hopefully host features such as an online log of travels which are then emailed to a designated list of recipients(that the sender populates), a photo gallery to which the user can upload pictures from their trip, a tracking map, and many other interesting features(suggestions welcome). It will be similar to www.trekshare.com, but I would like to keep it as a free site simply because I know how much I love travelling and how much I also love updating those who I care about with stories and pictures. So, if you are interested in helping me develop a site like this please let me know by PMing me or replying to this message. I would be looking for

-those who can already or are learning to program in PHP with database integration
-those interested in helping develop graphics for the site
-those interested in helping expand functionality through webservices, etc
-and those interested in writing stories, developing content, and gathering related links, as this site will be a resource site as well.

We run several travel sites and because of time retrictions hacked a copy of open realty which does all of the above.

Can you point me to some of these?

Word of Advice...be careful of government laws in the state or town you are in. Look up Travel Agency Acts on the internet. If you are posting just photos that should be ok, but you cannot market yourself as a travel agent when you are not one.
