Oracle PL/SQL application needed...

Hi everyone. This project is quite urgent and I would appreciate your help. Please e-mail me your rates and for a more detailed description of my project.

I require an Oracle PL/SQL application, one package - containing 2 procedures and 1 function. There will be 3 tables to query. From what I understand this is a very simple app for those familiar with the language.

One of the procedures will add products to a table.

Another procedure will add those prodcuts and update quantities on hand into the inventory table.

The function will test to see if a product exists and has quantity on hand before an order is placed into the orders table.
