Help Wanted - Paramiko sftp

hey , i am using paramiko to sftp files from different servers.
In my xml i have source path were the files are present and one destination were it is to be collected.when running my code i am getting ERRORNo 2 files not filed .and chmod not available for source.
Please suggest me solution for it.
