PHP and C Developers Required

Hello fellow developers,

You may think it's odd coming from me, a professional PHP and C developer, asking for developers. Well, I've come upon a project that I've decided I can't do alone. I haven't completed the business model, but this is definately something that I know will go for some big bucks.

I need a team of maybe 5-7 developers. Knowing PHP or C (both would be nice) is a neccesity, and it'd be really nice if you are a designer for when it comes to promotion of this - if we can't find a developer and designer, we'll get a designer once the application is done.

There is no money involved until this project is deployed. I will give you the appropriate cuts, and we can discuss this before the project begins.

The criteria of this project is:
1. You know PHP or C (and again, if you know both, that's an added bonus, as we'll be doing half in each).
2. You must have MSN. This is the means of contact we'll be using, as it allows is to discuss ideas easily. Sorry, but this is a requirement.
3. You must be compatible with the eastern time zone. We'll be working generally in the evening of the eastern time zone, so say around 4-10pm EST. If you can't get on ever in this time period, that's not going to work very well.
4. You must be advanced in PHP or C. C libraires needed are: Winsock 2, Wininet. PHP libraries are: Sockets, MySQL, and perhaps FTP. Please note: If you are a PHP developer, you must be able to develop in OO standards, and you need to be able to develop modularly (file wise). Also, we'll be using C not C++.
