php and flash programmers needed for virtual pet site (possibly paid)

I have graphics, ideas and full time commitment to producing a virtual pets site... but I need someone to programme a message board and other databases...
Flash programmers needed to make half a dozen games (ideas and graphic supplied already).
No payment as of yet... obviously not until a profit is made, however, if you offer a really cheap price for your services then a one-off payment might be made.
