php and webdesigner

I am looking for someone who has expirience with php to help me with a phpBB style.

It is for an American Political site, www.politicalpolitics.uni.cc (soon enough .com) it is not quite finished but the design is almost complete (should be ready in about 2 weeks) but we want a phpBB design made to match the web template.

It is a non-profit site, but we are expecting a large amount of users, and we accept donations.

With that said, payment is not offered immediatly, you will be given money as it is recieved, we will advertise your website, and of course give all proper credit for the design.

We will pay you until the sum of the money add's up to 175$ USD . Payments will be made via paypal.

I will not sign any contracts as I cannot garuntee when the full payment wil be made, but however long it takes you to recieve payment (should be under 6 months) we will have advertisments for your company. After payment is made we will keep one advertisment for your company on the website, as a gratitude of our appreciation for your generosity.
