PHP-ers wanted -> includes payment

Hello people,

I am currently working on a new website for http://www.theartnexus.com, that involves a serious complex script.

Right now the site works on OpenSource software, but all of this will be replaced by the new software that is going to be written.

What I need are:
PHP programmers with MySQL knowledge, who know how to work with ImageMagick, who know how to build a forum.

It's going to be a community CMS with forums and galleries.

The reason for ImageMagick is that right now the site serves several galleries that work with ImageMagick.

The script will not be published under any kind of open-source or GNU licence, but will be sold afterwards, when it's modified to be used on other sites also. That's where payment comes in. You will recieve a percentage of the money gotten from selling the script. The money will be transferred to you by bank-account, or maybe PayPal. I like to do things on a more secure way.
