PHP Gameserver-booking system

Hi!

I am a siteadmin of a Gaming portal, and we are basically only looking for a system of booking gameservers for 3 hours online/multiplayer gameplay and paying for it.
- Either a new site must be created (where users sign up and pay for the whole membership) OR a system of payment must be included in only the server-booking front end.
- For the "new site" idea, several "levels" of memberships users can choose from will be set up:
1. Gold - Users get access to everything
2. Silver - Users get access to a limited amount of services
3. Bronze - User can only access download sections of the site, forums, statistics etc.
- The goal of the server-booking system is for clans or a group of friends to book a server to either have fun on or to train on.
- For only the server-booking system, users have to sign up and pay for the service using Paypal or something.
Payment by VISA/Mastercard etc is really not wanted.

PHP/MySQL is wanted code/database.
Some more info about what we want the server-booking system to accomplish.

- The front page will be where users can choose the wanted game they want to book a server for
- A calendar showing when servers can be booked (basically ever day of the week) will be the "front page" of the selected game and users can click on the wanted date and book a server (default length is 3 hours)
- When users book the server, it will show as unavailable in the calendar and the server will be password protected.
- Server will be booked using tools within the dedicated server software. (HalfLife uses rcon or AMXmod, URL)
- When users book the server, they will recieve a mail notification with info of when the server is book, basic info about the server etc.

Some info if a whole system is to be created:
- A secure and good user sign up system
- An "easy to explore" site with news, forum, downloads, player rankings, information about the game servers (using rrdtool, like hlds_stats URL ) etc.
- Chosen users can post news, upload files for download etc.

What games are included so far:
- HalfLife mods (Counter-strike only so far)
- Battlefield 1942
- RTCW: Enemy Territory
- Medal of Honour: Allied Assault
- Call of Duty
- HALO
- Americas Army
- Unreal Tournament 2003

There is really quite a lot of features we want implemented, but if you're interested please contact me at: URL.
Payment for the job will be discussed later.

Thanks
/Skaven
