PHP God(?) Needed for UK Rave Website

We are an established UK Rave Organisation. Our website is widely advertised to ravers/clubbers throughout the UK.

We are currently getting 3-6,000 hits per day on our website, but its size and mass of information means updating is a nightmare. There is lots of room for expansion and growth.

We are looking for a PHP Developer to programme some reliable scripts and be a part of our growing team. We have lots of ideas, just lacking the exact knowledge to put them in to practice.

We have lots of other side projects as well, so their is a lot of work to be done.

Right perks for the right people (Guestlist for any nightclub nationwide not a problem). Pay? Profit related (and what we want to do will be making money!)
