Exclamation PHP/mySQL programmer needed willing to pay
have a script called phpbannerexchange version 1.2
available at http://www.internetunderground.com/scripts/
we need someone to edit it to include these features

here is the list of things i need
1. top 10 websites based on click throughs
2.referrals program every time they referrals someone they get x amount of
impressions neeeds approval first
3. different banner sizes for 1 account and text link
4.auto approval with x amount of impressions
5. mass mail
6.1 page to edit source code for members
7. header page that displays on all pages
8. cheat mechansim like not allowing it to be resized or put in a iframe.
8. also it would be nice if u can make me a script that shows all the
refferals to the banner but u dont have to.

it is going to be used on WrestlingBannerExchange.com
I will need to see a working demo before I pay via paypal.com
