PHP Position Avaiable

I am currently looking for PHP programmers to join a team that I am putting together.

The team will work for as long as it takes (Possibly 2 Weeks) on a project that we will be doing. Each member will not be paid upfront, the project is an experimental idea that I have come up with, and with the help of some more programmers. The job can be completed as planned and you will receive payment according to the amount of work you have put forth towards the project.

Requirements:

I will be accepting 3 people maybe 4.
Must be fluent in PHP and MYSQL
Must be 15 or older.
Must have a Paypal account in order to be paid.
