php programmer for ads

hi i will soon be launching a portal at www.planetwicked.com , but at the moment i already have my forums at www.planetwicked.com/phpBB. I am not at all into programming and my site is being done by a professional firm...but every now and then i need some support for making modifications to my phpbb forums and adding some addons, so i need someone who can help me with some php work (not making the website or anything...just little help..like including an addon etc.), in return i am ready to provide that person advertising on my forum based on the work done..my forums aren't very very popular but they aren't doing badly at all..they are quite active and once teh main site launches they have good potential...anyone interested can drop me a message here or PM me.

Rather than contracting with somebody from the outside, it might make a little bit of sense to set up a maintenance agreement with your current site development firm. They're already familiar with your site, which gives them a serious leg up when you're trying to get things done in a timely manner. You're helped because your supplier relationship is clearer, and they're helped because they have an ongoing relationship with a customer. You save time and money because things get done quickly, and they can justify working on even little piddly projects for you if they know that there will be a regular stream of them.
