Php programmer needed

ok i got a script from http://www.showorx.com/phplinkexchange/
but i need some more features added
1. When users sign up they can pick a catogory and the banner they want to use when they sign up it will give them that code for the banner
2. Another page which displays all sites for each catogory based on ranking.
3. Ability to delete sites.
I need this ASAP I will pay via paypal when i see a working demo thanks im hoping for $15 bucks total. if your are intrested contact me at adam@hbksite.com
