PHP Project Help Needed

Hi:

We have a client who is looking for help with several PHP projects ranging from simple to complex.

The client is a software development shop with more work than it can handle. It has some small and some larger projects that need to be outsourced for bid. Every project that you receive will have a detailed requirements document, system flow diagrams, functional diagrams, database maps and a database dictionary. In essence, all of the planning is completed; all they need is someone to code the project. In doing so, the rates need to be competitive and the time lines need to be rapid.

We would like to know if you are interested in this type of work. If so, the client has several projects which need immediate bids. Each will contain the requirements document and flow diagrams to give you a pin-point idea of what you will need to code. The technical design will be provided prior to coding, but should not be necessary for you to accurately quote the project.

The client works with contractors on fixed pricing for projects, not time and materials, so while we do want to see the estimated hours in the project, we are interested in a total fixed cost and a time line.
