Portal Configuration

Hi Im looking for help to get my site completed you can see it at URL

I only got it running on Wednesday and Im now looking for help to configure it the way I require i-e

Ensure all the Menu links work.

When adding news items I need them to Archive in the correct News Link i-e if i add scottish I need to be able to link to if from the scottish news navigation menu.

I also would like to add an image to the news so that every time I add English news there is an English Flag and the same with Scottish news (scottish flag)

There are a few other things as well and should be fairly easy for you experts.

The budget is tight and I would assume this may only take a couple of hours I am willing to pay and if it helps there should be room for an add on site
