Programmer Needed

I am in the process of bringing an outsourcing startup online. The business model is unlike other competing websites as it encompasses various options of outsourcing. While very attractive as an idea, I have been unable to operationalize it due to my novice programming skills.

I am looking for a partner who can code in php, cgi, or perl, passionate about what they do, and would be willing to work on a commission basis (meaning as the site brings in revenue a portion of it would go to you). I have already found a design partner (under a similar arrangement) and so that end of it is taken care of. I have the domain name, server space...etc and experience to build and manage the business end of the operation, but am still needing a programmer who can help assemble the web pieces and get this site up and running ASAP.

May i just say CGI is a broad thing. Perl falls right under CGI.

However i have PHP/MySQL experience, i know a little Perl probably not enough to survive but i can modify very small things
