Programmer Required!!!!!!!

This message is for anyone interested in helping me improve a business idea which is already proving quite profitable!

I currently work as graphic designer for a design company in england and also do a bit of web design too! The company i work for produces alot of work for the property industry and i have alot of contacts within this sector.

just recently i have started to produce graphical emails for selling agents who are trying to sell/lease their properties to potential clients. i have had a great deal of interest from the contacts i have and would like to take the idea further.

what i'm looking for is a programmer who can set up some sort of database system full of potential client's emails so when a property is ready to be sent out, the seller can access this database and send out the templated email in a multi-send fashion.
