Seeking coder(s) to join forces with a successful web marketer.

First off, let me briefly describe my internet marketing history. I have been involved with online marketing since I was 15. When I turned 18, I started my first online, "for profit", internet business. As a senior in high school my business had revenues of over $125,000. The following year revenues increased to over $220,000. In 2004, I expect revenues of over $350,000. I currently own over 40 domains, with several being, active, money making businesses.

My skills consist of advanced marketing, expert web design, and basic HTML coding. I am seeking a talented programmer, who is interested in teaming his/her coding skills with my marketing skills. Most projects will be small to medium size and primarily written in PHP with MySQL DB's. A few others will be standalone Windows applications. And finally a few Perl scripts.

The partnership I seek is with an experienced & creative coder who is interested in devoting part time hours (full time if possible) to this partnership. The partnership will be on a revenue sharing basis. All rev-share details will be agreed upon on a per project basis, with a written legal document assuring both parties abide by the rules set forth in the contract.

With my existing businesses, I have not had the time to hire a quality coder and coordinate a project, for some of my many new project ideas. I seek a coder who will assist me with not only the programming, but also with the creative aspect of the projects. Someone who will tell me how I can improve my existing ideas as well as contribute their own, new, fresh, project ideas. The ultimate goal is to create a suite of highly marketable applications.

With my existing client base, it is extremely simple for me to release new projects and receive quick results.

Here are a few details and character traits I seek in a coder:

Honest & Reliable: The most important aspects. Honesty is #1, reliability is a close #2.
Available: Able to devote ATLEAST 20 hours per week to our projects (the more the better).
Easy to contact: Easy to contact via email or preferably instant messenger, on a daily (nightly) basis.
Passionate: Someone who loves coding for more than the money behind it. Someone you really puts their heart into their work.
Dedicated & Focused: A coder who will focus in on one project and gladly spend hours of steady work on it.
Meets Deadlines: When a deadline is set, the coder does everything possible to meet that deadline.
Experienced: Coder must be experienced, with many projects under their belt and must have advanced coding skills.
Voices Opinion: I seek someone who will gladly suggest improvements to my existing ideas as well as contribute their own ideas.

Please don't get me wrong, I am not seeking free programming. I want to team up with a developer to combine their coding skills with my marketing skills. I am a very talented marketer who lacks the programming skills to take projects to the next level. I seek a coder with advanced coding skills, but lacking business and marketing skills. I know if I can find the right person, we will be able to build on my current successes and make some very successful applications.

Again, the three primary coding languages I seek are PHP & VB (standalone apps), and a little Perl. Since some advanced PHP coders may not be advanced VB coders, I am open to more than one coder in this partnership. Perhaps a PHP coder and a VB coder, or maybe 2 PHP coders. I am open to all possibilities.
