Seeking php/asp programmer for individual project

Hi. I have a pretty in-depth project for a website, that I would like written in php, though other programmers have expressed interest in using asp for its ease of use?

I have tried hiring 5 companies or people over the past year and all have fallen through.. along with my upfront payments.

This leaves me with the desire to have my project created, but to seek an alternative to money as the payment.

Might anyone be interested in a barter/trade/long term business relationship deal on a pretty fun project (atleast the end result would be fun, funky and all that.... I imagine the programming/creation would be daunting).

I am looking for the entire package, meaning "an out of the box" solution, where it has a template and is ready to be used for a business (shopping carts, etc). I have more details, of course.

I do photo retouching, where the larger jobs are worth $50-$80+ smaller ones are $5 (got 50 to 900 pictures for me to fix, anyone, anyone? lol). I can also create animated gifs, and have products I could offer for trade as well.

The thing is that I will only be able to work on your project in my free time. If that isnt a problem then lets talk. I am a php/mysql developer.
